Trials
Trials are rarely won in the court room. Success at trial depends on preparation, preparation and more preparation. You cannot prepare too much, or too early.
Our clients are as closely involved in the preparation process as they want to be. A written Case Plan sets out the strength of the case, the action to be taken, and when it will be taken. If there are witnesses to find and interview, we start looking for them early.

Every lawyer enjoys winning a Trial, but their client would usually rather not have had to go through the ordeal. Wherever possible we aim to succeed earlier, by persuading the prosecution to withdraw the charge.
